Requirements:*** Certification/Certificate program in Ammonia Refrigeration Technology or equivalent work experience *** Degree a plus.

Job Duties:Provides facility guidance for OSHA’s Process Safety Management program and EPAs Risk Management program to operations and management. Responsible for developing and implementing necessary compliance programs and procedures, identifying hazards or risks, analyzing and reporting findings on various EH&S consequences. The role supports facility-level risk management and compliance programs associated with PSM / RMP, ammonia refrigeration systems, food plant HVAC, boiler & steam systems, and heat & ventilation systems. Position Responsibilities *** Assists the facility in identifying and prepare capital and expense/repair budget needs, related to PSM / RMP covered process equipment *** Works with members of the local leadership team to deliver annual self-assessments of PSM / RMP program elements *** Administers the site’s PSM / RMP information system *** Responsible for the management of all Process Safety Information (PSI) at the facility. *** Ensures timely completion of the facility’s PSM process elements, PHAs, MOCs, PSSRs, *** Develops and updates SOPs and OPLs *** Ensures annual training and compliance related to PSM / RMP *** Ensures all facility and/or corporate safe work practices are implemented and adhered to *** Maintains the facility’s covered process(es) Master Equipment Listing, and Preventative Maintenance and Inspections Schedule”. *** Reviews B&R Operator Logs to understand real-time operational issues *** Actively participates as representative for regulatory bodies *** Actively participates in PSM / RMP related incident investigations and corrective and preventive action development at the facility. Tracks-to-close all corrective and preventative actions resulting from these Incident Investigations. *** Participates in the facility Compliance Audits. Manages and tracks-to-close all recommendations resulting from these audits
